Q: What can you tell me about the Capri Marquees?
A: The Capri marquee can only be errected on grass and use 800mm stakes for fixings. When two or more marquees are joined together we use separate waterproof guttering to make the join (joining kit). Diamond white is the standard exterior colour for our marquees, sides and guttering, however we also offer clear side walls.

Q: I’m not sure the marquee will fit in my garden, could you come to measure the space for me and discuss what I would need?
A: Yes, we are more than happy to come and ensure everything you want will fit and everything you want to order is necessary. We charge 45p per mile to travel to you and back, but we do not charge you for our time for the site visit.

Q: Do we need to take out separate insurance for the bouncy castes?
A: We hold £1m public liability insurance, however we strongly advise you take out your own.

Q: What is the latest time you will collect equipment?
A: 5 o'clock is the latest collection, after that an overnight / late collection charge will be added.

Q: Do I have to pay a deposit and how do I pay?
A: For marquee hire we require a £100 minimum deposit upon confirmation of dates. The remainder of the balance is to be paid 14 days prior to the event. For bouncy castles and garden games we accept cash on delivery. We accept bank transfers, cash or cheque.

Q: What if I damage the equipment while on hire?
A: Firstly we would hope you notified us of any damage before we found it upon collection. Secondly while any items are on hire, the hirer takes full responsibility for the care of the equipment and will be held responsible if items were damaged, lost or stolen.

A: When you make a booking we will send you a set of terms and conditions. These must be read, signed and returned before we can confirm your booking. These terms and conditions clearly explain any cancellation charges that may apply.
